What will you do?

  • Review Labtest and Inspection reports
  • Work closely with QS Team in Germany for report comments and approval
  • Daily follow up with laboratories, factories and production teams in case of failed parameters
  • Give suggestions and advice to suppliers / factories for improvement
  • Monitor harmful substance checklist and follow up with suppliers / factories
  • Arrange from time to time pre- test for new products, In-house washing tests, other pre-tests in Inhouse-laboratory
  • Follow up status and queries related to tests
  • Update testing status and results at CBX and upload all 3rd party reports into the system
  • Conduct regular risk assessments of products at various stages and arrange necessary testing
  • Follow up of special tests, e.g. Topcool, Lycra, Modal, Lenzing, Creora
  • Chase and review Oekotex Certificates. Give recommendations to factories if amendments are needed
  • Chase for GOTS TC and other special certifications (e.g. GRS, OCS)including related documents at later stage
  • Chase reports and ensure completeness of all documents related to tests and inspections
  • Release shipments

What will you need?

  • F. 7 or above
  • 3 years lab testing experience in garment industry with similar tasks as mentioned above
  • Analytic thinking is a must
  • Mature, independent and hardworking
  • Solid understanding of lab reports
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of excel and word
