Talent Acquisition Advisor (contract)

What will you do?

This is a 9-month contractural role. The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas:

  • Working alongside Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and to communicate this effectively to candidates through inspirational and effective advertisements
  • To advertise and search for direct candidates through Jobs Boards, LinkedIn, our internal referral scheme and other methods
  • To maximise all opportunities for direct and other cost effective hiring
  • To manage and maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers
  • To continually develop and be an ambassador for Lidl Asia’s Employer Brand
  • Build an maintain a passive pool of strong candidates by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels
  • Plan and implement graduate outreach and branding efforts though the partnership with external vendors (on the development of marketing collaterals and creation of content for social media) as well as participation in career / recruitment fairs

What will you need?

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Proven experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience of using a Recruitment System is crucial, experience of implementing a recruitment system is an advantage
  • Proactive, motivated, has excellent judgement as well as great people and communication skills with the ability to communicate with managers at all levels
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to meet tight deadline in a fast-aced and dynamic environment
  • Organised with excellent prioritisation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • IHRP Certified Professionals preferred, those currently pursuing the IHRP Certification are also welcome
