Summary
The Regional Facilities Specialist (Systems) is responsible for managing all Facilities information systems. The role is the primary user for tracking and vendor systems and is responsible for asset allocation, maintaining accurate system data, and all regional invoice processing and corrections. In addition, the Regional Facilities Specialist (Systems) works on multiple projects and presentations and assists in training other team members.
What You’ll Do

Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements

Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects

Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans

Manage all Facilities information systems including inventory management, invoicing, vendor, and Proshop systems

Provide regional staff with Facilities system trainings

Maintain and update systems information

Serve as primary and active user for all Facilities Systems

Track asset allocation and required maintenance

Track costs and provide invoicing support for the region

Analyze and identify trends within the region

Complete multiple department projects while meeting deadlines

Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt and learn new systems efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of mathematical functions
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under deadlines
