Summary

●    Assist in the order process.
●    Provide assistance to the Merchandising team.

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
●    Contributes on the evaluation and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development
●    Follow up on the sampling process 
●    Assist on quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier 
●    Assist the order allocation process from confirmation to shipment 
●    Assist monitoring the end to end process and critical path management within the merchandising team and through day to day liaison with supply chain and supporting departments 
●    To provide supports to Merchandisers and Senior Merchandisers

What you'll need

●    Tertiary level education.
●    With merchandising experience or supply-chain related experience on stationeries is an advantage.
●    Good command of written and spoken English.
●    Problem solving skills, with the ability to seek advice when required.
●    Good working attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player.
●    Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (specifically Excel/Sheets and Power Point/Slides).
●    Fresh graduates with a relevant degree will also be considered.
●    Applicants with a proven track record in merchandising will be evaluated for the role of Merchandiser
