Summary

  • Provide performance visibility to the business through data analysis and performance trending for process improvement
  • Assist manager to develop concepts and provide valuable insights for process optimization based on the business needs
  • Support for the team projects

What you'll do

•    Support the Manager on the strategic concept and service across the business in alignment with our organisation’s vision and mission.
•    Conduct analysis on relevant data to support concept and services initiatives and decision-making processes, identify opportunities and risks that impact the organization's strategic goals.
•    Manage department tools and templates including business dashboard. Drive continuous improvement making changes as business requires 
•    Ensure portfolio of departmental reports are produced on time with accuracy.
•    Support business partner with requests for information and process initiatives 
•    Provide support in ad hoc projects as needed.
•    Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to key stakeholders
•    Perform analysis and benchmarking to identify risk and opportunities for improvement and best practices.
•    Consolidate the updates on the agreed action items, risks and issues recorded from different forums and channels.

What you'll need

•    University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operational Business Administration
•    >3 years’ experience in a direct sourcing office or model for a sizable company 
•    Good command in English
•    Good communication skills & expert level of Microsoft/Google applications like Excel, VBA & Power Point. PMP/PMI, SQL & Python knowledge would be a plus 
•    Problem solving mindset & capability to work in project mode in a fast-paced environment
•    A positive, proactive can-do attitude with entrepreneurial spirit is a must
