Summary
Drive the most cost effective, quality controlled, on time production through key building blocks like TnA’s
at RFQ stage, Raw Material timing, Sample timing, Production schedules and Micro plans.
What you'll do
Ensure all production occurs in line with Lidl’s strict Ethical Sourcing Policies
Ensure programs & policies are in place to provide the safest working environment attainable
Ongoing training and support for suppliers to manage TNA’s and CPs in line with accurate
timelines and requirements.
Initiate the supplier to build the TNA at time of development and negotiation
Ensure all capacity plans pre - selection are conducted and ensure its validity
Ensure the agreed lead-time takes into account all long lead time Product Pass and or Tech
Pack elements like licensed products, ECO Print, special certifications, and testing
Assess order allocation by considering factory capacity
Ensure the pre-production preparation is followed up and ensure in/house raw materials meet
required deadlines.
Weekly monitoring of CP against the TNA for all milestones assessing any risk to committed
delivery.
Initiate supplier for corrective action to the risk IAN.
Generate with suppliers the micro plan for each IAN, covering all processes.
Obtain and assess daily production status against the plans and corrective action if required.
Lead regular weekly meetings with factories and factories’ head offices to review the latest
order status against the TnA plan
Follow up suppliers to submit samples (PS, CS, SSS, PPS) according to the TnA plans and update
the sample status weekly
Ensure the Production Board in-put file is updated accurately weekly
Follow up the factory to send relevant booking according to the plan
Coordinate the internal and external inspection bookings
Follow up the shipment container loadings and upload the verified reports to CBX
Ensure all inspection schedules and logistics for shipment release line up to meet FOB.
What you'll need

Bachelor or above, major in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related discipline is preferable.

Over 6 - 8 years of solid relevant working experiences in similar position in production and material planning

Experience in product categories of textile/ apparel

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Solid experience in greater Asia manufacturing landscape

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving issues.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

High degree of works ethics and integrity

Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
