Summary
Execute in conjunction with the Senior Sustainability Specialist our corporate sustainability targets and employee engagements across all Asia offices.
Lead sustainability related projects (e.g. new regulations, trainings, processes changes, etc.) in cooperation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
Corporate Sustainability
● Lead the continuous development of our Corporate Sustainability Strategy
● Roll-out relevant measures to achieve our office-based targets
● Initiate staff engagement activities together with internal and external stakeholders
● Liaise with Sustainability leads in our offshore offices, oversee direction, budgets, data capturing and reporting to measure our progress
Stakeholder and Project Management
● Independently lead sustainability related projects
● Consult with, advise and work with various business units to ensure sustainability considerations are built in as part of on-going business practices.
● Engage external stakeholders to achieve our strategy targets, drive corporate sustainability projects and receive external recognition
● Develop relevant sustainability policies, update of cross-functional guidance documents and reports
● Support the Sustainability team on ad hoc projects
What you'll need
● Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the field of sustainability
● Experience in corporate sustainability, sustainable development, environmental sustainability or related field preferred
● A proactive problem solver with “can-do” attitude that challenges the status quo
● Independent and diligent with outstanding project management abilities
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving issues
● Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
● Excellent communication skills with a good command of English both verbally and written a must (Mandarin is a plus, but no requirement)
