Objectives of this position:

Drive the most cost effective, quality controlled, on time production through key building blocks like TnA’s at RFQ stage, Raw Material timing, Sample timing, Production schedules and Micro plans.

按照谈判时的时间计划、原材料时间安排、样品时间安排、生产计划和微观计划等关键模块，推动最具成本效益、质量可控和准时的生产。

What you'll do

• Maintenance sample size tables and send requests to the factory; After the sample is send out, get AWB# from them.   
  维护样品数量清单表格并向工厂发送要求；样品寄出后从他们那里获得运单号。
• Work closely with suppliers upon PO to establish Time and Action (TNA) calendars and conduct capacity assessment.
  根据订单要求，与供应商共同制定生产时间计划表（TNA），并进行产能评估分析。
• Provide ongoing training and support for suppliers to ensure compliance with control plans and TNA timelines.
  提供培训与支持，帮助供应商按照公司要求和时间节点执行控制计划（CP）与TNA。
• Ensure that all pre-selection capacity plans are completed and validated for accuracy and feasibility.
  确保所有产能计划在产品确认前已完成，并验证其可行性和准确性。
• Coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure that lead times reflect considerations for long lead-time components such as licensed products, ECO printing, Tech Pack elements, certifications, and testing.
  与内部团队紧密协调，确保产品交付周期已充分考虑长周期要素，如特许产品、环保印刷、技术包、认证与测试等。
• Participate in Kick off meeting/ weekly production meetings to monitor milestones, assess delivery risks, and follow up on risk mitigation plans, meeting recap and action plan.
  参与大货启动会议/ 每周工厂生产会议，跟踪关键生产节点，识别交期风险，并推动相应的行动方案落地；撰写会议纪要和行动计划。
• Collect, validate, and upload production status reports from assigned suppliers to the production board on a weekly basis.
  每周汇总、验证指定供应商的生产数据，并上传至生产看板或相关系统。
• Monitor daily production status against plan and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  每日跟进生产进度，确保与计划一致，并在发现偏差时推动整改措施。
• Ensure that all inspection schedules are created in CBX and meet the requirements of the original delivery time.
  确保所有验货计划都在CBX中创建，并符合原始交货时间的要求。

What you'll need

• Bachelor or above
  本科或以上学历

• Over 3-5 years of solid relevant working experiences in similar position in production planning, merchandiser of retailer industry
  有3-5年以上零售行业的生产计划，出口跟单工作经验

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  出色的沟通和解决问题能力
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
  英语书写和口语流利。
