Summary

Hands-on Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic sourcing system transformation, including the implementation of IFS or similar enterprise software/platforms.
This role will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through to successful delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in IFS
implementations strong ownership, decision-making capability and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment while engaging senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS (or similar) sourcing system transformation, covering full lifecycle delivery—from initiation, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, to
    post-go-live support.
  • Own project planning, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards
  • Act as the single point of accountability for senior stakeholders (including C-level), driving alignment, decision-making, and clear executive reporting
  • Establish strong governance, ensuring compliance with EPMO standards, financial controls, and audit requirements  
  • Manage cross-functional teams, system integrators, data migration and vendors, ensuring deliverables, dependencies, and handoffs are effectively coordinated
  • Partner with Business Process Owners and Business Project Leaders to align system design with business processes and transformation goals 
  • Engage and manage senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Oversee integration across upstream and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal business disruption
  • Drive change management, training, and user adoption to support new ways of working
  • Lead post-go-live hypercare and transition to BAU, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and team upskilling
  • Resolve risks, issues, and cross-team blockers proactively, ensuring smooth execution in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need

  • 8–12+ years of IT Project Management experience with proven delivery of large ERP implementations (IFS preferred, or SAP/Oracle)
  • Strong experience in sourcing or supply chain transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple vendors and system integrations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and C-level executives
  • Solid expertise in project governance, budgeting, risk/issue management, and structured delivery (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Experience handling end-to-end lifecycle, including integration, data migration, and
    system rollout
  • Proven ability to drive change management, training, and user adoption
  • Experience in managing hypercare and transition to BAU support, including knowledge transfer and team upskilling
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments
  • Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
