Summary

The Assistant Engagement Manager serves as the strategic architect of our organizational culture, specifically focusing on the design, rollout, and analysis of our local and global engagement initiatives. In this role, you will act as a dedicated advisor to leadership, transforming workforce sentiment into a high-performance roadmap. You are responsible for ensuring our values are not just words on a wall, but are deeply embedded in our operations through active communication and evidence-based people solutions.
By bridging the gap between raw data and human experience, you will empower our global teams and drive the cultural shifts necessary to sustain long-term business success.

What you'll do

  • End-to-End Survey Management: Own the design, rollout, and analysis of our local and global engagement framework, including the Employee Engagement Survey, eNPS, Offboarding Surveys, and specialized studies such as the Women Empowerment Study.
  • Data-Driven Insight & Action: Design and implement processes to track, measure, and analyze employee behaviors and sentiment. You will transform complex data sets into actionable insights, helping business unit heads make informed, ROI-driven decisions.
  • Cultural Champion & Activation: Shape and champion our company values through the LOS Site Campaign. You will design and execute effective employee activation strategies that ensure our culture is lived consistently across all international locations.
  • Events & Activity Management: Work with a project team to design and execute a series of organizational engagement activities aligned with our corporate DNA.
  • Leadership Coaching: Coach and mentor managers on how to interpret engagement data and lead their teams through cultural shifts. You will empower leadership to address engagement "pain points" and foster a high-performance environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR specialist teams—such as Talent Acquisition, L&D—to ensure that engagement insights are integrated into the entire employee lifecycle and strengthen our global employer brand.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for offshore country management regarding HQ engagement initiatives. You will ensure a seamless rollout of global projects while respecting local nuances and driving "buy-in" at all levels

What you'll need

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead role focused on driving culture change and employee engagement.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end international HR projects (from survey design to implementation).
  • Navigating complex international structures and influencing senior leadership to secure buy-in for engagement measures.
  • Ability to "storytell" data to various audiences, making the case for HR investments clear and compelling.
  • Experience in driving cultural shifts (e.g., Company Value rollouts) and overcoming resistance within global teams.
  • Understanding how engagement metrics (like turnover or productivity) impact the company’s bottom line (ROI-driven thinking)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
