To this end, the individual will maintain and operate an effective HR compliance management system (CMS HR program) to monitor, audit and safeguard internal HR practices. • Investigations & Violations: Lead the end-to-end investigation and processing of reported HR compliance violations, recommending corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Audit Management: Act as the primary coordinator for all internal and external HR audits. Fulfill all compliance reporting obligations required by regional management and HR Compliance International.

  • Diagnostic & Continuous Improvement: Actively audit existing HR processes across the Asian region to identify operational bottlenecks, administrative redundancies, and areas of compliance risk. Propose and implement leaner, faster, and more efficient operational workflows.
  • Global-to-Local Process Localisation: Drive the implementation of global HR standards and processes within the region. Strategically evaluate and document any necessary local deviations required to meet specific legal, economic, or cultural realities in our Asian jurisdictions.
