Summary
The Change Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving the cultural shift and enterprise-wide adoption required for LKA’s transition to a centralized Data Lakehouse (GCP) and modern Business Intelligence platform - Enterprise Looker Studio. Working closely with executive sponsors, LKA implementation partner, Group IT, and core business units (e.g., Merchandising, Sourcing, Production Support), this person will ensure the business fundamentally transforms how it leverages data for decision-making. Moving beyond basic system training, the Change Manager will focus on executive coaching, proactive resistance management, data literacy, and tangible benefits realization to LKA.
What you'll do
Strategic Alignment & Executive Coaching:

Partner with the Analytics Product Manager to advise Senior Management and Project Sponsors. Coach business leaders on their role as active Change Sponsors, equipping them with the talking points and action plans needed to ensure visible support and unified messaging from the top down.

Enable the Benefits Realization framework. Partner with the Analytics Product Manager and business units to drive the behavioral changes and workflow integrations necessary to achieve the platform’s target ROI and adoption metrics.
Change Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment:

Conduct organizational change readiness assessments to identify resistance, capability gaps, and risks across different business units.

Act as the primary liaison between the technical delivery team and business stakeholders, ensuring the technical build aligns with actual business workflows.

Establish a Change Champion network consisting of key Power Users within each department to drive grassroots adoption of the new BI platform.
Training & Capability Building:

Drive a fundamental shift toward a Data-Driven Culture by developing comprehensive Data Literacy programs. Educate the business on interpreting Dashboards/KPIs, trusting governed data, and integrating analytics into daily workflows.

Partner with the implementation teams to ensure delivered training materials and Data Dictionaries are contextualized for the organization’s specific business processes.

Design and execute a role-based training matrix, ensuring executives, power users, and general consumers know exactly how to use the new KPIs, dashboards and platform.
Communications & Business Readiness:

Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan detailing project milestones, system downtimes, legacy data retirement timeliness, and new feature releases.

Drive value-based messaging, Translate technical project milestones into clear, business-friendly communications that highlight the direct benefits to end-users, proactively addressing any operational anxieties.

Partner with the BI Product Owners to ensure business users are actively engaged, scheduled, and behaviorally prepared to participate in User Acceptance Testing, removing any logistical friction.
Adoption Tracking & Continuous Improvement:

Define and track usage KPIs post-go-live (e.g., dashboard login rates, query volume, reduction in legacy system usage).

Manage the feedback loop during the hypercare and post-implementation support phases, gathering user pain points and translating them into actionable enhancement requests for the technical team.
What you'll need
Candidate Profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or equivalent.

8+ years of dedicated experience in Organizational Change Management, specifically leading technology-driven Data, Analytics, or BI transformations (e.g., Data Lakes, Dashboarding tools).

Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent enterprise change management certification is required.

Proven track record in executive coaching, benefits realization, and driving enterprise-wide data literacy programs.

Strong analytical skills to interpret readiness data and survey results to create practical, effective change strategies.

Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills. Must be able to bridge the gap between technical deployment teams and business users to ensure the business is actually ready for Go-Live.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills to build trust and rapport across diverse teams and cultures.

Familiarity with retail sourcing, supply chain, or PLM processes is a strong plus to help understand daily user workflows.

Proficient in the Google Workspace ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites) as the primary engine for daily collaboration and communication. Must also be comfortable with modern project management and documentation tools (Jira, Slack, Confluence).
