Summary
The HR Systems Manager is responsible for leading and project managing new system implementations, enhancements, development and maintenance related to L&K Asia Human Resources systems. The incumbent works closely with the Lidl International HR and IT teams and our partners in all functions of HR to implement effective processes and technology solutions that drive efficiency, is user friendly, reduces the cost of operations and mitigates operational risk across HR regionally.
What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/ her superior:
- Act as the escalation point for ensuring a high functioning & stable SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC across the L&K Asia region
- Act as a bridge between the regional HR function and German counterparts (LINT) for HR technology projects (SAP/SF) and ongoing improvements to deliver technology-driven solutions. Translate complex regional business requirements into viable technical solutions and ongoing system improvements.
- Collaborate directly with German counterparts (LINT) on hands-on-system configuration, rigorous end to end user testing, the creation of technical user guides and overall process optimisation within the HR domain
- Act as BPE for specific core modules (e.g. OM, PA, PY, BVW, SAP ACCESS) while maintaining holistic oversight of the entire SAP HR landscape
- Lead the on-the-ground implementation of HR transformation projects, focusing heavily on automating and optimising of HR processes
- Instil data discipline and metrics across HR systems and processes, aiming to create a streamlined, efficient, and replicable experience for end users
- Manage, and effectively delegate day to day operational support and ticket resolution to the team
- Performs other duties as required
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting & configuring HR Systems required (preferably SAP/SF) and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Excellent Project Management skills crucial in the HRIS implementation, managing timelines, milestones and stakeholder management
- HR System integration experience and interface management experience required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated attention to detail required
- Proven ability to drive and push for results
- Team player with ability to influence and persuade
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Successful background working in large, complex multinational system environments
- Understanding of interdependencies between systems and downstream impactBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information System
- Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to write and speak in German is beneficial as a lot of the system communications is with German counterparts
