Summary

The Senior HR Executive - Regional will be the primary contact point for payroll processing and associated duties and will provide support in the consistent application of policies and procedures to the HR Department. 

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior: 

Coordinate with external providers for the regional payroll administration across Asia countries, supporting delivery in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements; 

Being as a small team lead to provide guidance and support to the junior team members 

Provide all round daily HR support including regional office day to day personnel administration services 

Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll; 

Administer C&B function including final payment, tax filing, local retirement scheme, benefits administration 

Update HRIS and maintain high data accuracy and support HRIS system implementation; 

Support HR regional hub and HRBP to enable our commercial unit to achieve business objectives 

Review and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency 

Support annual HR budgeting and allocation 

Prepare and update various HR related reports; 

Administer HR related documentation and filing; 

Participate to the HR projects and ac-hoc tasks. 

What you'll need

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 

At least 4 years solid experience in HR  

Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations in Asia regions (Eg. Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan etc) 

Independent, detail minded and self motivated with great initiative 

Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

Good command of written and spoken English. Good to be able to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to communicate and liaise with overseas counterparts.
