Summary
As a key member of the HR Operations team, the Senior HR Operations Executive will primarily oversee payroll processing and daily HR operational support. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of all employee lifecycle transactions. A key responsibility will also be to support the consistent application of HR policies and procedures
What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
• Provide daily HR Operations support including employee onboarding, offboarding, employment letters and personnel file management
• Update HRIS and maintain high data accuracy and support HRIS system implementation;
• End to end payroll management including coordinating with external providers for the regional payroll administration, supporting delivery in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements; including final payment, tax filing, benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with all local payroll legislation, statutory requirements ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Process and follow up on all government related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity/paternity claims etc
• Provide all round daily HR support including regional office day to day personnel administration services and addressing employee queries
• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll;
• Support HR regional hub and HRBP to enable our commercial unit to achieve busi-ness objectives
• Review and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency
• Support annual HR budgeting and allocation
• Support audit requirements as needed
• Prepare and update various HR related reports;
• Maintain up to date payroll and HR related documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Participate and contribute to the execution of Global and Regional HR projects
What you'll need
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid payroll expertise
• Well versed in regional employment laws, regulations and HR best practices
• Independent, detail minded, self motivated with great initiative and a positive mindset for driving change and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English.
