Summary
• Assist Finance Manager to perform financial duties & act as backup to Finance Manager
• Responsible for the preparation of consolidation reports and financial statements
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Handle and in charge of daily payment transaction
• Perform consolidation works for the Group
• Create liquidity planning and reporting in relevant IT-systems (ITS)
What you'll do
• Prioritise invoices according to payment terms and payment release status
• Prepare payment instructions in SAP/TEMBIT and HSBCnet
• Reconcile bank account statements from DRECASH and HSBCnet with ITS
• Process check requests (invoice check, obtaining signatures, distribution)
• Audit and process bills
• Respond to all vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Group policy and accepted accounting and finance practices
• Liaise with banks
• Liaise with internal and external parties on auditing, tax and financial issues
• Assist in design and development of financial policies, procedures and system development
• Prepare budget and annual forecasts
• Handle ad hoc assignment as required
What you'll need
- University graduate in Accounting or Finance and with a recognised professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 2 years accounting working experiences
- Experience in accounting system and/or auditing experience
- Strong analytical mind with experience in financial modelling and writing skills in policy or system documentation
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
