Customer Insights & Experience Specialist (m/f)
Customer Insights and Experience is a team responsible for the management, analysis and interpretation of all market data, providing information on the development of the FMCG market, customer behavior and satisfaction, as well as monitoring market trends.
What will you do?

You analyze the market, competition and categories and generate clear conclusions in order to identify potential for development.

You provide support in the creation, interpretation and presentation of Customer Insights reports, both in Bulgaria and internationally.

You participate in ad hoc projects and research related to FMCG customer analysis.

You work closely with other national departments, as well as with the international CIX team in Germany.

You maintain relationships with agencies to ensure accuracy, quality and timely provision of reports and information.
What we expect from you?

Higher education - Economics or similar;
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in market research agencies or FMCG sector;

Highly developed analytical skills, affinity for numbers and understanding of the market and customer mindset;

Experience in working with consumer and/or household panels is an advantage;

In-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Looker studio);

Excellent command of English (knowledge of German is an advantage);

Proactivity and responsible approach to tasks and ability to quickly adapt to different business situations;

Emphasized creative thinking, as well as excellent communication skills;

Willingness to work in a team and cooperate with similar national and international teams.
