HR Process Management Expert (m/f)
What will you do?
- Process & Ticketing Analysis: Conduct data-driven analyses of HR ticketing workflows and AI chatbots to identify process gaps, investigate inquiry trends, and ensure the timely resolution of Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests.
- Workflow Optimization & Automation: Design, optimize, and automate HR processes across all departments to drive continuous improvement, enhance efficiency, and meet national and international deadlines.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise HR leadership on the development and execution of HR services to proactively prevent issue escalation, optimize Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and improve self-service solutions.
- Knowledge Management & Reporting: Lead the localization and administration of internal HR Knowledge Management platforms and reporting (including SAP HR) to ensure alignment with global and local standards.
- Training & Empowerment: Empower, train, and qualify local HR process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure a deep understanding of HR processes and maintain high standards of expertise.
Wha do we expect from you?
- Completed University degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a large corporate environment.
- Solid background in Human Resources with a strong process-oriented mindset.
- Proven practical experience working with ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track complex interdependencies, and navigate intricate workflows.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
- Experience with SAP HR is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is highly desirable.
