Learning and Development Expert (m/f)

As a Learning and Development Expert, your primary mission is to design and monitor people development concepts while leading complex projects that foster a culture of loyalty, motivation, and excellence. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring our teams are empowered to succeed

Какво ще правиш?

• Lead Development Programs: Manage end-to-end competency development programs, including needs analysis, design, planning, implementation, success measurement, and post-analysis with improvement proposals.
• Partner Management: Collaborate with external partners to create content and lead joint initiatives, negotiate terms, and perform quality control.
• Facilitation: Independently lead training sessions and facilitate focus groups as required.
• Strategic Support: Support the implementation of national and international people development concepts

• Education: A completed university degree.
• Experience: Over 2 years of professional experience in training, development.
• Passion: A strong interest in employee development, and the latest trends in the HR field.
• Relationship Building: The ability to easily establish relationships of trust with colleagues and business partners.
• Personal Traits: Self-initiative, high responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
• Agility: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and a dynamic environment.
• Languages: Good command of English or German (minimum B2 level).
• Preferred Skills: Experience in project management and excellent skills in facilitation, active listening, and coaching are considered a significant advantage.
