For our office in Sofia we are looking to hire:

Legal Advisor – Employment Law and HR Compliance (m/f)

What will you do

  • Providing legal advisory services to company’s management, HR and other departments in the area of Employment Law, Social Security and Tax Law and Immigration Law.
  • Being responsible for the Legal and Compliance regulations in the HR field.
  • Creating and regular updating of personnel-related documents templates.
  • Preparing agreements, general terms and conditions, company policies, procedures, plans, programs, and other types of legal instruments related to Employment Law.
  • Cooperating with the HQ of the company in Germany.
  • Collaborating with external Employment Law Consultants.
  • Regular monitoring of new legislation within the Employment law and its subsequent implementation within the company.

What we expect from you

  • Master’s degree in Law;
  • Experience and deep knowledge in Employment Law is mandatory and knowledge of Immigration Law, Social Security and Tax Law, Health and Safety and/or GDPR regulations would be considered as an advantage.
  • Minimum professional experience as a Legal Advisor with focus on Employment Law in corporate environment of 3 years.
  • Experience in preparation and implementation of Employment Law agreements, company policies, procedures, plans, programs, and other types of legal instruments.
  • Experience in a dynamic international company would be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Excellent Level of English B2/C1 level, knowledge of German language will be considered as a serious advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stress resistant, responsible and positive professional that is ready to work autonomously in dynamic work environment and strict deadlines.
