Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f)

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Craft compelling job ads and source top talent.
• Conduct phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, assessment centers and support hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding Team to boost employer branding.
• Represent Lidl at job fairs and student events.
• Drive innovative HR projects and process improvements.

What do we expect from you?

• A university degree and at least 6 years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a large multinational company for at least 3 years.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
