We are looking for Warehouse Operatives who are ambitious and match our values (performance, trust, respect, grounded and belonging). Your role will be varied, picking across all of our product categories. What you'll do
- Flexible shift patterns — we operate a 3-week rotating roster, giving you visibility and consistency to plan your life outside of work
- Move, pick and load a wide range of food and non-food products across ambient and temperature-controlled environments
- Ensure stock is received, stored, packed and transported to the highest standards
- Work in our Selections department, picking goods onto pallets to fulfil the needs of our stores — a fast-paced, rewarding role at the heart of our operation
- Use a voice-operated headset to navigate the warehouse efficiently and accurately
- Work towards clear daily performance targets, so you always know what success looks like
What you'll need
- Confidence using Manual Handling Equipment, including order picker forklifts
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Experience in a warehouse environment (desirable but not essential)
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Comfort working at pace in a busy, physical environment
What you'll receive
We offer a competitive and transparent salary system, that ensures pay equality across all positions at Lidl
- €15.40 rising to €17.90 per hour after 3 years (supplementary pay outlined below)
- Unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am)
