As a Customer Relations Analyst, you will report to the CRM & Loyalty Director and will be responsible for leveraging customer data from the Lidl Plus app to analyze overall business performance and optimise campaign outcomes. The Analyst will oversee customer segmentation processes, utilising CRM systems to group customers based on their shopping behavior, purchase frequency, and basket composition. You will lead data-driven initiatives to deliver targeted customer campaigns, enhance app engagement, and personalize the overall customer experience.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and implementation of new customer segmentation models and digital CRM tools with the aim of streamlining campaign delivery and customer lifecycle management
- Execute customer segmentation using CRM platforms to categorise customers based on shopping behaviour
- Drive Lidl Plus app engagement by building targeted customer audiences and personalising promotional offers, digital coupons, and loyalty incentives
- Analyse customer transaction data from the Lidl Plus platform to evaluate overall business performance, campaign ROI, customer retention, and basket value trends
- Oversee key CRM reporting processes throughout the operating year
- Preparation and presentation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to Senior Leadership to highlight customer lifetime value, app usage patterns, and strategic growth opportunities
What you'll need
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, or retail CRM platforms) and a thorough understanding of customer segmentation techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools for extracting and analyzing transactional datasets
- A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and how various AI methodologies can be adopted to enhance work processes and customer personalization
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills, motivation and drive
- Profiency with Google Workspace tools & applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
