Food Promotions
Within Food Promotions, there are four core areas of responsibility that will form your training roadmap:

Planning Administration, Finance & Profitability (APT maintenance, Supplier Coordination, Reporting, Item Set up, Pricing, Cost Impact & Profitability)

Lidl Plus & Weekly Offer Planning (Planning of item promotions, Item Selection & Decision Making, Leaflets, Lidl Plus App & Lidl Plus Operations)

IN/OUT Food Theme & Seasonal Planning (Campaign Planning, Volume Planning, Project Management & your Head Office Network))

Gondola Head, Store Layouts & Supply Chain Planning & Coordination (Store Layouts, Supplier coordination, Volume Forecasting)
Food Promotions are ultimately responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of promotional items within Lidl. This begins from detailed planning of items, market research and reaction, pricing and offers, development of strategy, cost planning and in-store implementation. Food Promotions works strategically to execute in-store campaigns to provide our customers with excellent products and offers, alongside driving our Commercial KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
What you'll need
- An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
- Strong analytical skills and numeracy skills
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Motivation and drive
- Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required
- Full driver’s licence is required
- German is an advantage but not a necessity
