Sales Operations

Sales Operations graduates will gain comprehensive experience working across our stores and our Head Office operations. You will spend time directly in our stores learning all the key retail processes and driving turnover growth through exceptional customer service and standards. In Head Office, the Sales Operations department supports our store teams to achieve their KPIs, driving operational efficiency and delivering high-impact initiatives across all shop floors nationwide. During your rotation in Sales Operations, you will drive business success through four cour focus areas: Gatekeeper Role: Ensure high-quality Sales Operations standards and adherence to the most efficient procedures across all stores. Project Collaboration: Actively participate in Sales Operations projects to drive continuous improvement in store operations and overall performance. KPI and Motion Studies: Measure KPI performance and support with Time in Motion studies for precise data analysis. International Trials: Support with international trials to evaluate and roll out best practices across our store network. Covering both areas of retail operations will ensure a bigger picture view of our business and ultimately improve your chances of success. 

What you'll need

  • An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
  • Full driver’s license is required
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving and process improvement 
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required. Once your store training is complete, you will be based in our head office and must be able to commute to Dublin
  • Motivation and drive
  • Strong personal, communication and presentation Skills
  • Work experience or experience abroad
  • German is an advantage but not a necessity
