Store Layouts, In-Store Experience & Technology
Ready to shape the future of retail? Sales graduates will gain experience in two distinct teams within the Sales Head Office Department: Store Layouts & Experience and Sales Systems & Solutions.
The Sales department is focussed on in-store experience and technology and is responsible for improving how millions of customers shop and navigate in our 230+ stores. As part of the programme, graduates will spend time working in store at the start of their programme to gain an in-depth experience of how our stores operate.
The Store Layout & Experience team is responsible for creating engaging, intuitive store layouts that maximise space and allow customers to find their favourite products easily. The team leads projects to continually test and refine layouts and works alongside commercial teams to place new and exciting products on Lidl shelves each week.
Sales Systems & Solutions drives the technology customers rely on, including shelf checkouts, electronic shelf labels, and traditional checkouts. The team analyzes customer touchpoints and implements next-generation payment innovations to simplify the customer experience.
