We are seeking a creative, highly motivated and innovative Leasing and Disposals Manager to join our Property Team. The Leasing and Disposals Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the process for filling our additional developed units with suitable tenants that complement our customers’ requirements at our various store locations.

What you'll do

  • Interacting with our regional teams to appraise suitable developed units and sites for end-users, negotiating with tenants and purchasers, legal contract negotiations, as well as managing the Board Approval and necessary planning permissions
  • Managing various stakeholders including Design teams, Solicitors, Agents, Council officials on a regular basis to achieve targets
  • Rent collection oversight with Accounts Department and the implementation of Property Management Agents ensuring proper Estate Management
  • Oversight of the management of tenant fitouts

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field: Business, Property, Construction, Engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a business role with a proven track record of negotiation and a strong drive to succeed
  • Experience in a Project Management role would be advantageous
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Full driving licence
  • Flexibility regarding working location will be required
