As the Online Marketing Manager you are responsible for the effective integration and performance of digital marketing on a campaign and business-as-usual basis. You will have full responsibility for the strategy, upload, maintenance and content of the lidl.ie, lidl-ni.co.uk websites.We’re seeking someone who has great attention to detail and project management experience, as the Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, product uploads, leaflet and content upload schedules, while ensuring all designs are in alignment with our corporate design guidelines.
You will be reporting into the Senior Media and Digital Marketing Manager.
What you'll do
- Interpreting campaign briefs and requirements for the website.
- Build wireframes for each campaign landing page/ campaign page to ensure consistency and campaign objectives are met.
- Create designer production briefs in alignment with campaign requirements - ensuring that all elements required for the website are considered and corporate design templates are adhered to.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of digital plans across the different departments and regions.
- Liaising with International on best practice on systems.
- Champion SEO within the department, liaise with agency consultants and apply recommendations on the IRE site.
- Interpret recommendations and apply to NI site.
- Monitor and continuously improve online campaigns and activities using A/B testing, tracking, and analysis tools.
- Monthly Performance Reports to be delivered to our board of directors, highlighting operational performance and campaign performance.
- Manage any billing, including creation of POs associated with your channel costs.
What you'll need
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Well-organised with the ability to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlines.
- Previous project management experience, including planning, timelines and cost.
- Strong ownership of tasks with the ability to understand points of escalation.
- Proactive at keeping up to date with latest policies and procedures.
- Efficient decision making and organisational skills.
- The ability and confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business.
- UX and UI experience.
- Understanding of website strategy.
- Positive can-do attitude with a desire to learn.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
