We are currently looking for Administrative Specialist (2-year fixed-term contract) to join our IT department team!
What you'll do
- IT equipment and service order management in internal systems
- Invoice verification approval and administration ensuring proper document flow
- Assistance in coordinating IT costs investments and performing IT service and project control
- Direct assistance to the manager meeting minutes task management and reminder tracking
- Organization of team events and ensuring general office management functions
- Supervision of contracts and maintenance of smooth administrative process in the IT department
About you
- 2+ years of work experience in administration
- Higher education (degree in finance economics or other exact sciences is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills (especially MS Excel MS PowerPoint Google sheets)
- Excellent organizational skills diligence attention to detail
- Structured approach to task execution
