What you'll do

  • Managing and scheduling the manager’s calendar and organizing meetings
  • Filtering and prioritizing incoming information and requests for the manager
  • Arranging business trips and travel logistics for the Customer Ressort
  • Managing internal and external correspondence
  • Preparing, organizing, and archiving documents
  • Taking meeting minutes and distributing relevant information
  • Assisting in the organization of internal events
  • Cooperating with other ressorts, and external partners
  • Preparing and delivering various reports and presentations
  • Handling other administrative tasks assigned by the manager

About you

  • Higher education
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the German language - strong advantage
  • Excellent computer literacy (specifically with Google Slides/Sheets/Docs)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proactivity, with the ability to anticipate issues a step ahead and find solutions
