What you'll do

• Work with large datasets, including data cleaning and quality improvement
• Analyze customer behavior and retail market trends across the Baltics
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc Baltic-level performance reports and visualizations for the Board and stakeholders
• Present product performance analysis, strategic insights and market trends to Purchasing, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
• Translate complex datasets into clear, visual executive summaries and actionable reports
• Collaborate with market research agencies on methodologies and insight interpretation 

About you

• Experience in data analytics, business advisory, or market research
• Strong economic and business mindset with the ability to turn data into commercial recommendations
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to present findings and communicate insights confidently to management
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools - Power BI, Looker
• Excellent data visualization and story-building skills 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident
