What you'll do:

• Work with large datasets, including data cleaning and quality improvement
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc Baltic-level performance reports and overviews for the Board and stakeholders
• Analyze market tends, competitor developments, brand perception, and customer satisfaction for Lidl and its competitors across the Baltics
• Develop visualizations and identify trends to provide insights for business decisions
• Monitor customer feedback across all platforms and provide actionable reports to store management
• Conduct product performance analysis and share findings with category management teams
• Communicate with market research companies on methodology, quality checks, and data interpretation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights for management

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or experience in business data analytics
• Advanced English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Apps Script, Looker) is preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy
• Ability to analyze large datasets and develop clear data visualizations
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident
