What you'll do

• Accurate and timely management and entry of product and packaging data into internal company systems.
• Reviewing supplier-provided packaging specifications, validating data, and requesting missing information.
• Entering, maintaining, and monitoring data for excise goods across systems.
• Ensuring data consistency across internal systems and updating existing product cards/listings.
• Collaborating with logistics and other departments.
• Independently carrying out tasks and handling assignments delegated by the department head.

About you

• Higher education degree.
• Experience in database management, product creation, operational data entry, or analysis (experience in packaging accounting, excise goods, or trade administration is a strong plus).
• Strong Google Sheets skills (handling large datasets, formulas, QUERY); experience with Google Apps Script is an advantage.
• English and Lithuanian language proficiency (at least B2 level); German language proficiency is an advantage.
• A responsible attitude, diligence, keen attention to detail and numbers, and the ability to maintain focus.
