What you'll do

  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Improve reporting efficiency by optimizing processes and tools.
  • Ensure data quality control for the Purchasing Department across internal systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate process workflows between divisions within the Purchasing Department.
  • Participate in the implementation and updating of processes in accordance with international and national requirements.
  • Collaborate and maintain regular communication with colleagues across the Baltic States.

About you

  • Higher education degree (final-year students are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent skills in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to make important decisions independently, adapt to changes, and work in a dynamic environment
