What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate employee culture and engagement projects across the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia)
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders and deliverables across departments and countries
  • Propose and drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, belonging and #teamlidl culture
  • Organize company events and support internal culture activities
  • Participate in onboarding and welcome events for new employees
  • Prepare analyses, reports and presentations
  • Contribute to other HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and support internal communication activities together with other departments

About you

  • Higher education (preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology or related field)
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination of complex tasks
  • Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of English (German is an advantage)
  • Experience in HR, employee engagement or culture-related projects is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset and ability to turn ideas into structured action plans
  • Creative, proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently
