What you'll do

  • Accept, prioritize and process incident tickets in LISY FM (Property Management) and Proshop (Procurement) systems across Baltics
  • Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate incident ticket resolutions, incident status control
  • Provide problem diagnosis and resolutions
  • Administrate data and create regular reports
  • Support the implementation, optimization and further development of the Facility Management and procurement systems Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
  • Manage projects, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Develop technical training materials and coordinate training process for employees
  • Assist with procurement activities , provide support with research, cost and repair analysis, calculations, creating presentations and data administration

About you

  • Higher education
  • Experience in customer support and work experience in Facilities Management, Supply chain, Procurement or other related fields will be considered as advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and google tools
  • Fluent Lithuanian and good English. German language skills will be considered as strong advantage
  • Excellent communicator and team player with a real desire to help people and a positive approach to problem solving
  • Analytical mindset with attention to details combined with a structured and independent way of working
  • Availability to go for Business trips in other Lidl countries
