What you'll do
- Processing and validating invoices and financial data in internal systems on a daily basis
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial information and correct system entries
- Handling manual corrections and supporting operational finance processes where needed
- Monitoring and controlling marketing budgets, including accruals management
- Preparing and coordinating budget-related information for the Controlling team
- Overseeing the end-to-end budget flow - from invoice processing and budget tracking through to reporting
- Collecting and monitoring sales, traffic, and marketing performance data
- Structuring and transferring data into dashboards for ongoing visibility
- Analysing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to surface actionable insights
- Continuously identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency across finance and reporting processes
About you
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in financial or data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and present findings clearly
- Comfortable working with internal systems and digital tools; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of recurring processes
- A genuine interest in improving how things work, not just maintaining them
