What you'll do

• Monitor and control Purchasing department’s budget for Baltic countries
• Prepare financial analysis and suggestions for cost optimization
• Participate in budgeting and strategic planning process​
• Manage and coordinate all invoices and accruals
• Supervise invoice reporting quality from the team members
• Create purchasing reports and analyze the obtained data​
• Monitor and analyze the Key Performance Indicators of department
• Ensure compliance of Purchasing operations are in accordance with internal processes

About you

• Higher education degree (data analysis, business management, economics, financial mathematics, statistics)
• Experience in financial analysis, planning, or auditing
• Excellent computer skills (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Very good English language proficiency (spoken and written)
• Ability to work with large data sets and present information in a structured way
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactivity, willingness to learn and improve, and a positive attitude toward new challenges
