What you'll do

  • Create and maintain complex, high-stability, templates for weekly leaflets across Baltic markets
  • Script and optimize data imports from Excel to ensure technical information flows into layouts automatically
  • Synchronize design workflows with the internal product implementation system to maintain data integrity
  • Take responsibility for ensuring all files meet the highest technical requirements for both print and digital output
  • Consult other designers on complex technical issues and implement workflows that eliminate manual labor
  • Manage high-volume visual workflows with keen attention to detail and technical accuracy

About you

  • Expert knowledge of InDesign (GREP, Data Merge, Object Styles, and nested styles)
  • Experience working with scripts (JavaScript/VBScript) to automate design tasks
  • Proficiency in handling data export/import processes between Excel and design software
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals or a technical background in data synchronization - advantage
  • Fluent Lithuanian and very good English knowledge
  • Background in retail publications, catalogs, or large-scale periodicals.
  • Eager to solve technical puzzles and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to adapt changing situations – advertising changes
