We are currently looking for HR Compliance Senior Consultant (1 year fixed-term contract) to join HR team!

What you'll do

•    Administer the HR Compliance Management System (CMS) in the Baltic states
•    Identify and assess HR compliance risks, investigate reports of violations and, in cooperation with HR colleagues, develop risk mitigation measures
•    Ensure that HR processes comply with legal acts, including consultations on labor law issues, implementation of employee-related measures, and project localization
•    Coordinate audits and contribute to the creation and regular updating of HR policies, guidelines, and documents
•    Prepare, organize, and conduct training related to compliance assurance

About you

• Higher education
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Willingness to go on regular business trips
• B category driving license
• Reliability responsiveness, a high level of discretion and diplomacy
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to the unexpected changes of plans
• High attention to detail
• Ability to execute projects independently with a proactive can-do attitude
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects

Monthly salary range (before taxes): from 4000 to 4200 €
