What you'll do

• Oversee regular analysis of the company’s reputation
• Coordinate external and internal communication activities in Lithuania and channels based on data and insights
• Manage content creation and manage all active and reactive media relations
• Ensure effective communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Align local initiatives with Baltic Corporate Affairs Team and international communication strategies
• Lead the Corporate Communication team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs Baltic

About you

• A degree in communication, marketing, business, international relations or similar related field
• Experience in corporate communications and a strong journalistic network
• Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and fluency in English
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience in an international corporate environment and leading team is a strong advantage
• Experience in working with external agencies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high information flow
• Willingness to travel occasionally
