What you'll do

  • Coordination of the IT Systems team: setting goals, planning work, assigning tasks
  • Team development, periodic employee evaluations
  • Implementation and supervision of the implementation of standard and country-specific systems
  • Detailed integration testing and identification of problematic areas
  • Identification of new business needs and implementation of projects
  • Modification and adaptation of systems according to changing business requirements
  • Level 2 IT support, consulting users and, if necessary, engaging in technical work
  • Active collaboration with local and international company divisions (EE, LV, DE and other countries)
  • Optimization of business processes using appropriate technical solutions

About you

  • University degree in IT, Informatics, Information Systems or a similar field
  • 3+ years of similar work experience, including team management and leadership skills
  • IT project management skills
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (B2 level and above)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to delve into technical details and solve problems
  • Communication skills, ability to work with various departments and cultures
  • Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
