What you'll do
- Ensure the coordination of administrative processes related to waste removal and disposal/realization in Lithuania
- Administrate invoices and accruals, track costs, and identify discrepancies
- Compile and maintain data, prepare reports (including NRT/Natural Resources Tax, deposit system, etc.) and presentations
- Participate in the coordination of goods delivery/handover processes
- Conduct audits in stores and warehouses, verifying compliance with waste sorting and management requirements
- Cooperate with involved stakeholders, ensuring an efficient flow of information
- Participate in the implementation of systems, processes, and guidelines
About you
- Secondary education or equivalent professional diploma
- Previous work experience in administrative tasks
- Experience in waste management will be considered an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Good skills in using Google Workspace and/or MS Office
- Ability to work with documents and data, ensuring accuracy
- Good communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- B driver's license
