What you'll do:

• Develop and manage business processes  within the real estate department, ensuring construction quality and optimal construction costs
• Develop and regularly update construction guidelines, concepts and quality specifications
• Collaborate with internal departments and international central office to develop and refine construction concepts for Lidl stores
• Coordinate construction quality assurance partners selection process selection process by organizing tenders, preparing negotiation materials, and managing contract administration
• Support store construction and design teams across Baltics, ensuring accurate construction requirements implementation and high construction quality
• Contribute to market research, cost analyses, calculations, presentations preparation and data maintenance

About you:

• Higher education or last year student in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC Engineering or related field of study
• Technical construction knowledge or experience with construction projects is preferable
• Very good English language skills (B2 level or higher)
• Proficient in Google Workspace, experience working with AutoCAD is desired
• Engineering curiosity to go deep in to the technical solutions, high motivation to learn and develop professionally
• Strong organizational skills and a result-oriented mindset
• Very good cooperation and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
