What you'll do:

• Develop and manage Learning and onboarding programs from concept to implementation​
• Analyze KPI`s and learning data to evaluate results and propose improvements​
• Manage negotiations and cooperation with external training providers and vendors​
• Prepare and maintain learning documentation, materials, and communication plans​
• Improve learning processes and systems (e.g., SF Learning) by identifying gaps and solutions​
• Cooperate with key stakeholders across departments and Baltic countries to align learning initiatives​

About you:

• Higher education​
• At least 2 years of experience in L&D, onboarding, or project management​
• Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English language skills (B2 or higher level)​
• Good understanding of adult learning, onboarding processes, and Learning & onboarding practices​
• Experience managing timelines, communication plans, and budgets​
• Analytical mindset with KPI and data skills​
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
