What you'll do

• Take part in the maintenance and development of the Lidl loyalty program
• Be responsible of efficient Lidl client segmentation
• Plan, create, and implement promotional campaigns and special offers
• Communicate with suppliers to acquire timely planned product quantities
• Analyze sales results and use insights to guide future planning and decision-making
• Monitor and analyze the competitors’ activity in the market, as well as research on the latest trends
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams in Baltics

About you:

• Higher education
• At least 1-year experience in a similar position
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English language skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially in Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical skills and pro-active working style
• High sense of responsibility, strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and team-player who can also work independently
