What you'll do:

• Take part in the maintenance and development of Lidl Plus loyalty program
• Develop and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns (e-mails, SMS, push notifications, coupons etc.)
• Create loyalty program content (offers, coupons, lotteries etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and recommend data-driven optimizations
• Regularly update and coordinate Lidl Plus application content and campaigns

About you:

• Higher education
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position and/or working with e-mail marketing, omni channels communication and loyalty programs
• Preferred work experience with e-mail marketing systems, e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Emarsys etc.​
• Very good English language skills (at least B2 level and above)
• Analytical skills and pro-active working style
• Strong sense of responsibility, solid time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks​
• Good communication skills and team-player who can also work independently
