What you'll do
- Develop, optimize, and execute media mix strategies by analyzing campaign performance metrics and market research
- Participate in the planning and negotiation of all media types (TV, radio, OOH, newspapers, online, etc.) for Baltic coutries
- Manage and supervise media project planning and implementation in collaboration with media agency and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports and advice potential media performance improvements
- Control media project budget and participate in cost management
- Communicate regularly with involved stakeholders in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia to advance media project development
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for media content or strategies
About you
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience working in media agency or client-side media planning role (both ATL and BTL)
- Very good Lithuanian and English language skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the Lithuanian media market and media planning KPIs
- Experience in and understanding of the Latvian and Estonian media markets is a major advantage
- Results oriented person with high attention to details
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in a busy, varied role
