What you'll do

• Prepare and analyze the weekly product offer, and monitor the competitive market
• Determine pricing, select promotional tools, and forecast results
• Monitor turnover, margin, and other KPIs
• Plan and form the assortment for the 3 Baltic countries, and participate in product selection
• Check the Lidl weekly magazine to ensure product compliance with the plan, data accuracy, and correct layout
• Enter and analyze data in Excel / Google Sheets, and prepare weekly calculators and technical slides
• Handle daily operational tasks, respond quickly to unforeseen situations (e.g., undelivered goods), and cooperate with other departments

About you

• Higher education
• Background in procurement, logistics or retail supply chain coordination - advantage 
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills, and attention to detail 
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German, Latvian or Estonian is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
• High stress tolerance, multitasking abilities, and strict adherence to tight deadlines
• Category B driving license is preferred
