What you'll do

• Manage and optimize the strategic planning and implementation of POS (Point of Sale) materials across all Baltic countries
• Develop and standardize POS tools and processes to enhance overall efficiency
• Monitor and control budgets and project timelines with a focus on precision and quality 
• Make suggestions for technical solutions and process improvements in-store
• Follow up with external partners, agencies, and printing houses from technical specification preparation to final quality control
• Work closely with other departments and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of retail campaigns
• Support regional teams and manage relationships with technical partners and suppliers

About you

• At least 3 years of work experience in project management within an advertising agency or production field (experience in store POS management – preferred)
• Higher education in marketing or relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of printing technologies and materials (cardboard, plastic, structures)
• Good understanding of technical in-store solutions and retail environments – advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English language
• Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset with strong budget management skills
• Personal initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflows and balance multiple priorities.
